Mobile Suit Gundam SEED
A mass-produced Alliance Mobile Suit developed based on data from the Strike Gundam, the first GAT-X series model. With versatility and mass production in mind, it has been stripped of the series' frills such as larger armaments and Phase Shift Armor. The suit's OS has also been improved, offering a more accessible control scheme for Naturals. Though it has near-identical performance to the base model,standard compact Beam Weapons offer it a leg up over ZAFT's favored GINN. These mass-produced suits served as the Alliance's main force during the opening stages of the conflict in Panama.
