A prototype developed by the Human Reform League as the successor to the Tieren. Its most impressive feature is its ability to adapt to different environments such as ground or space without changing any of its equipment. Its official name is Tieren All-Region Prototype. Its data was used to develop the MSJ-06II-SP Tieren Super Soldier Type (Tieren Taozi).
