Galbaldy Alpha

A general-purpose prototype mobile suit developed under the Principality of Zeon's Pezun Project. Based on the Gelgoog, it was designed for higher performance and incorporated the close combat capabilities of the melee-specialized Gyan, the Gelgoog's main rival for selection as a next-generation mainline MS. Two versions were developed, the A type for ground combat and the B type for space. The A type was lighter and had stronger thrusters to enable atmospheric flight, as well as thermonuclear jet engines on its arms. The hope was to make multi-dimensional mobile combat possible, but the final product could not realize the planned specs, and development was canceled.
