A mobile suit based on the Zeta Gundam III with upgraded firepower. To compensate for the increase in weight added by its weapons, its mobility was also improved by installing supplemental thrusters on both its legs and a large tail stabilizer that expands outward from each side. Despite the fact that Gray Wolf is believed to have been its pilot and it is known as the Gray Zeta, its color is yellow due to the Anti-Beam Coating applied across its entire surface.
