Halphas Gundam
G Generation Series
An unknown airframe that has a design resembling the Phoenix Gundam. It has abilities that greatly exceed those shown by normal MS, and it is equipped with the power to fly in the atmosphere. It also has the ability to battle in the sky. The battling side of the model evokes the phoenix as well, and it is equipped with a beam saber and feather funnels just like the other Gundam. However, the power of its Cross Mega Beam Cannon and Burning Flare are specially equipped to conceal its clearly overwhelming power compared to the Phoenix. This has led some to believe it is the bases for the design of the Phoenix Gundam, but their relation remains unclear. Moreover, the “Halphas” it is named after was thought to be one of the 72 demons in the Ars Goetia, an earl of Hell in Roman demonology who was referred to as “The Black Phoenix Devil that Brings War.”
