Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO
A "mobile diver system" and its corresponding control unit, developed by the Principality of Zeon to launch surprise attacks from satellite orbit. The control unit is based on the amphibious mobile suit Z'Gok, which has exceptional pressure and shock resistance and is equipped with hybrid thermonuclear engines. One arm is replaced by a sensor arm so that it can control the hastily constructed Logistics Weapon Container (LWC). For the third test conducted by the 603rd Technical Evaluation Unit, the machine was fitted with a Kuhblume diffuse beam cannon, and then dropped into the stratosphere to intercept an enemy fleet that was being launched from Jaburo. Though using this weapon for more than five seconds risked destroying the machine, it succeeded in downing five enemy ships. After detaching the Kuhblume, however, the control unit lost all its fighting capabilities. At this point, a Federation attack sent the Ze'Gok hurtling into the sea.
