Mobile Suit Z Gundam
A general-purpose mass-produced mobile suit based on the Gundam Mk-II, developed by the Federation Forces for improved overall performance while also emphasizing ease of production. This well-balanced and versatile machine could share equipment with the Hizack and GM II. Its production began at the end of the Gryps Conflict, and it was expected to replace the GM II as the mainline MS of the Federation Forces. However, due to its lack of distinctive features, production priority was given to other state-of-the-art machines.
