The first machine developed by the Federation Forces at the asteroid base Pezun as part of the X series, a plan for the creation of next-generation general-purpose mobile suits. As an MS, it used orthodox technologies to check its total balance and clearances from every angle, giving it well-balanced performance as well as good handling and operation. However, its greatest feature is the ability to use a wide variety of options such as weapons and search units, thanks to its high-output generator. Its basic forms are the "first armament" with handheld beam weapons, the "second armament" for long-range attack, and the "third armament" equipped with projectile weapons. By selecting the right parts, it can adapt to any role and match the performance of a specialized MS. This unit represents the third armament, equipped with handheld projectile weapons. It was used mainly by the rebellious New Desides, formerly a Federation training corps.
