Bawoo Mass Production Type

Bawoo Mass Production Type

Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ

The mass-produced version of the Bawoo, a prototype mobile suit with docking and transformation mechanisms that was developed by the Neo Zeon forces during the First Neo Zeon War. It is comprised of two autonomous blocks, the upper "Bawoo Attacker" and lower "Bawoo Nutter," which can dock and separate. It has high mobility and melee combat ability, and by separating into a manned Bawoo Attacker and an unmanned Bawoo Nutter operated via radio control, it can operate freely both inside and outside the atmosphere. Its armament includes a beam rifle and beam sabers, unusually standard equipment for a Neo Zeon MS, but this also increases its versatility. It also has mega particle cannons in its hybrid shield, and projectile weapons such as grenade launchers, giving it relatively heavy armament compared to the MS of its time. Since the prototype showed promising results during combat, and due to its versatility and ease of operation by ordinary soldiers, this machine was mass-produced without any major changes aside from its green coloring.
